This year, Party 'round the Parish has quite a few activites involving the great outdoors and our local environment - so let's hope this gorgeous weather will hold!
The first outdoor event of the week is Beat the Bounds - a prayer walk around the boundary of the parish which will start at the Sunningdale Baptist Church at 9am on Saturday 18th September. Contact John Hooper at hiswings@yahoo.co.uk for more details.
On Monday 20th September, at 2pm, the Parish Council have organised for Gary Mumford to give a talk on the Community Garden. This year we are very excited to welcome 'Tipping Point - an Eco Circus - who are coming to the Sunningdale Recreation Ground on Friday 24th September. The hour-long family show combines clowning and comedy, music and artwork to illustrate the danger of the "tipping point" and irreversible climate change. Shows will be at 2pm and 4.30pm. Tickets will cost £5 Adults, £3 Children or £10 Family (2 adults, 2 children)
